| | Directions | | Heat oven to 400°F. Spray an 8 inch square baking dish or shallow 2 quart casserole with non-stick spray. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Add taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, corm and water, mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. pour into prepared baking dish. Combine egg, corn meal mix, milk and oil in small bowl, bland well. Stir in cheese. Pour batter over ground beef mixture in baking dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown. |
