In medium roaster pan, spread browned hamburger and then layer: sliced potatoes, rice, onions & carrots. Pour tomatoes & juice over all this. Mix 2 cans water with the 2 cans of soup. Salt & pepper to taste and put sliced green pepper on top. Bake at 350° for 1.5 to 2 hours.
-2 pounds hamburger, browned
-6 raw potatoes, sliced (large)
-1 cup uncooked white rice
-3 onions, sliced (medium)
-3 uncooked carrots, sliced
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 can cream of celery soup
-1 green pepper, sliced (large)
-1 can stewed tomatoes (large can)
