| | Directions | | In medium roaster pan, spread browned hamburger and then layer: sliced potatoes, rice, onions & carrots. Pour tomatoes & juice over all this. Mix 2 cans water with the 2 cans of soup. Salt & pepper to taste and put sliced green pepper on top. Bake at 350° for 1.5 to 2 hours. |
