Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease 9x13" glass pan. In a separate bowl, combine 3/4 cup enchilada sauce, 1 cup cheese and chicken. Spoon mixture onto tortillas one at a time, and roll in the pan seam side down. Pour extra sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot. |
