| | Directions | | In large baking pan spread 2 T. canola oil. Place chicken in a single layer and pour the remaining oil over the chicken. In a small bowl mix the onion, flour, and other seasonings. Sprinkle chicken with half the mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and sprinkle with the remaining mixture. Bake about 30 minutes longer or until chicken is tender. |
