| | Directions | | Sauté onion, peppers, and garlic in olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until redness is gone. Drain fat. Add 2 cans tomato sauce plus 1 can of water. Mix well. After bringing to a boil, simmer (covered) for 30 minutes or longer. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Add parmesan cheese, if desired. |
