| Directions | Butter both sides of a piece of bread. Use a juice glass to cut a hole in the middle of the bread. Put buttered bread in hot frying pan. Begin toasting on first side. Crack egg into hole. Cook on first side till egg is almost done. Season. Flip. Toast other side. Serve with toasted cutout hole for dipping. |
