Weeknight Goulash - Recipe

A weeknight dinner that is sure to please. Beef, tomatoes and pasta that the whole family will enjoy and come back for more. Serve it with a side salad to finish off the meal.

Weeknight Goulash Recipe
Brown ground beef with green pepper, onions and celery; drain.

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Add olives, if desired, and tomato products to beef and vegetables. Add cooked noodles and stir until combined.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when serving.

-1 onion, diced
-3 stalks celery, diced
-1 package noodles, cooked
-1 jar green olives, sliced (optional)
-2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 oz cans)
-2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz cans)
-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
