| Crumble ground beef and fry with onion until brown. Add enchilada sauce and simmer. In another pan combine mushroom soup (undiluted) and green chilies, and simmer. In 9 x 13 pan layer half of the meat mixture, then half of the soup mixture, then torn up tortillas (until layer below is covered), then half of cheese, repeat with remaining ingredients. Let stand on warm stove for about 15 minutes, then bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles. |
