| Directions | Using a seasoned Dutch oven fry up ground elk and season with pepper and salt. Add onion, jalapeno, garlic, and peppers and cook until tender. Add olives and sauce and let simmer for about an hour. Sprinkle cheese on top. Place biscuits on top and bake until golden brown. Serves 4 hunters |
