| Directions | Melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic. Sprinkle flour over meat cubes. Add to butter and cook over moderate heat until browned. Add mushrooms and onion; continue cooking until the onion is soft. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water, add to meat with tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and cook over low heat until meat is tender, about 1 hour. Add noodles just before serving. Serves 8. |
