Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife comes out clean. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
