Place biscuit dough in muffin pan. Spread to make a crust.

Mix sausage mixture together and spoon on top of dough.

Cook on 400 for 15 min or until biscuits are lightly brown. Makes 10 Biscuits.

-1 can original Rotel Tomatoes (drained)
-1 cup shredded Jack cheese
-1 pound sausage (cooked and drained)
-1/2 cup Mayonnaise
-1 can Pillsbury Golden Layers Biscuits
-1/2 cup onions (optional)
