| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 425°. Boil pasta until al dente, about 8 minutes, drain and return to pan. Sauté sausage until cooked through, drain fat. Add onion and garlic and sauté. Add pepper and tomatoes and simmer stirring occasionally about 8 minutes. Combine sausage mixture with pasta and mozzarella cheese. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling. |
