| | Directions | | Spray a 2 qt. microwave baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. In a 4 C. microwave bowl, melt 4 tsp. margarine. Microwave 30 to 40 seconds. Add onion and microwave 30 seconds more. Stir in flour, milk, bouillon and return to microwave 5 to 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes with a wire whisk. Stir in mayo or salad dressing and Parmesan cheese. In large mixing bowl, combine sauce mixture, broccoli, turkey & rice, mix and pour into baking dish. Cover, microwave 5 to 7 minutes. Add topping. |
