Melt butter; add seasoning blend and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Stir in crawfish, salt, black pepper, onion powder and hot sauce; cook 5 minutes. Stir in flour; cook, stirring constantly 2 minutes. Stir in water; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Stir in green onions and parsley; cook 3 minutes. Serve over rice.

-2 teaspoons garlic
-2 pounds crawfish tails
-2 teaspoons salt
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon hot sauce

-1 cup chopped green onion
