| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl mix soup and water. Add hash browns, onion, green onion, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well. Put into a 9 x 13" baking dish and top with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Top with bacon. |
