| | Directions | | Saut meat till brown; add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Cook, stirring and scraping bottom of pan. Saut livers and green onions in butter until done. Finely chop livers. Stir liver mixture and chicken broth, salt, pepper and red pepper sauce into meat mixture. Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes, covered. Simmer, uncovered 20 minutes. Stir in rice as much as needed to make a moist dressing. |
