Ham & Swiss Sandwiches - Recipe

A creamy buttery layer with a bite from horseradish and mustard adds great flavor to this ham and swiss sandwich. All ages will enjoy this baked sandwich.

Ham & Swiss Sandwiches Recipe
Mix together butter, onion, horseradish, poppy seeds and mustard; spread onto each side of flat bread. Place ham and cheese on top of one of the flatbreads; cover with the other flatbread. Wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

Cut in pie shaped wedges.

Servings: 6
-1 flatbread, cut into half (large)
-1/2 stick butter, softened
-2 teaspoons onion, finely grated
-1 tablespoon horseradish
-2 teaspoons poppy seeds
-1 teaspoon mustard
-1/2 pound ham slices
-6 slices Swiss cheese
