Brown pork chops in vegetable oil. Salt & pepper. Set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt & pepper. Stir in potatoes & 1/2 cup cheese.
Put in baking dish. Put pork chops on top of potatoes. Bake covered at 350° for 40 minutes. Put remaining cheese on and bake uncovered 10 minutes longer.
