| | Directions | | Heat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine sour cream, onions and mushrooms. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into a long 4" wide loaf in ungreased shallow loaf pan. Make a 2" deep well lengthwise in center of loaf. Spoon sour cream mixture into well. Bake 1 & 1/4 hours. |
