| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 400°. Beat eggs with sour cream and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile cook sausage, mushrooms, minced onions in large skillet. Drain off fat. Reduce oven temp to 325°. Spoon tomatoes over lightly baked egg layer top with sausage mixture, and cheeses. Bake for 30 minutes. |
