Directions
Drain salmon; reserve the liquid. Flake the salmon.

Add bread crumbs and egg. Add enough water to the salmon to make 1/2 cup. Pour over salmon, and add the remaining ingredients.

Shape into a loaf and place in a buttered shallow pan.

Bake preheated 375 oven for 50 minutes.

-1 can salmon, reserving liquid
-2 cups soft bread crumbs
-1 egg, well beaten
-1/2 cup salmon liquid
-2 tablespoons dried parsley
-2 tablespoons butter, melted
-1 tablespoon onion, minced
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 dash pepper
