Trim excess fat from meat. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Pound into both sides of meat. Cut beef into thin strips. Place butter in 2 quart casserole. Cook in microwave oven on full power for 30 seconds, or until melted. Add meat. Cook in microwave on full power for 5 to 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in onion and garlic. Cook in microwave on full power for 2 to 3 minutes, or until onion and garlic are tender. Stir in soup, mushrooms, water and tomato paste., Cook in microwave on full power for 8 to 10 minutes, or until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream. Heat in microwave on full power for 1 minute.
MICRO-TIP: May be served over cooked noodles or rice. Serves 4
