Corn Bread Taco Bake - Recipe

Corn bread tops off this taco casserole for a unique twist. Serve it beside white rice and top it with cilantro and sour cream for a complete meal.

Corn Bread Taco Bake Recipe
Directions
Brown ground beef; drain.

Stir in tomato sauce, taco seasoning, water, corn and green pepper. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish.

Prepare corn muffin mix as directed. Spoon over top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 400° F. for 20 minutes.

Top with cheese. Bake 2-3 more minutes until cheese melts.
