Oven Roast - Recipe

Place meat in roasting pan and surround it with cut vegetables. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with tomato soup (do not add water).
Roast at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
1 beef roast (3 to 4 3 lb )
3 carrots cut into 1 inch chunks
3 potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
1 can tomato soup
pepper to taste
