Directions
Place both of these in a 5 quart crock pot for at least 2 hours on high. We leave ours in all day, make it yummier and easier to shred.

Then take the chicken out and shred it. Drain some of the juice from the crock pot.

Combine in a mixing bowl, 1 package of cream cheese, 1 can of cream of chicken, 1 tsp. basil, 1 tsp. to thyme, 1 tsp. lemon pepper and 1 can of chicken broth. Also some salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Put shredded chicken and this mixture back into the crock pot and stir together. Cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours on high. Serve over rice. If you don't use all the mixture in one sitting, the rest does freeze great! if the mixture seems to dry then can add 1 more package of cream cheese or 1 can of milk.
