| Directions | In a large skillet, heat 1 spoonful of vegetable oil. Brown chops 3 minutes on each side. Remove. Pour off fat. In same skillet, cook onion, mushrooms and garlic 2 minutes. Stir in soup and milk. Bring to a boil. Return chops to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 20-25 minutes or until tender, turning chops halfway through cooking. Makes 5 servings. |
