| | Directions | | Combine crackers, cheese & garlic salt. Season chicken with salt & pepper; dip in olive oil & then in cracker mixture. Place meaty side up in shallow baking dish. Dot with margarine. Bake uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour. This can be prepared ahead of time, refrigerated until baking time. Pork chops may also be substituted for the chicken breasts. |
