Melt margarine and mix with the crackers. Place half of mixture in 9 x 13" pan. Top with chicken. Mix the 3 soups and sour cream, pour over chicken and top with remaining Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
-1 whole chicken, cooked & deboned
-1 1/2 sleeves crumbled Ritz crackers
-1 stick Melted Butter
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1/2 cup Chicken Broth
-8 ounces Sour Cream
