Directions

Combine all ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake 5 hours at 250°. May also be cooked in a crock pot.

-		1 1/2 pounds stew meat
-		1 1/2 cups beef broth
-		1 cup celery, chopped
-		1 cup carrots, chopped
-		3 tablespoons tapioca
-		3 onions, chopped
-		3 potatoes, cubed
