| | Directions | | Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease shallow baking pan large enough to hold chicken in a single layer. In shallow bowl, whisk together milk and egg until well blended. In separate shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs and dressing mix. Coat chicken with flour, shaking off excess. Dip into milk mixture, then into crumb mixture, coating evenly and pressing crumbs into chicken. Place into baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through. Top each breast with 1 tablespoon dressing, 1 slice ham, and 1 slice cheese. Continue baking 1 minute or until cheese melts. |
