| | Directions | | Steam chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Cook and drain broccoli. Separately in a large bowl, mix eggs, chopped onion (fine), can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 C. of mayonnaise into a sauce. Then in a 9" x 11" pan, layer broccoli, chicken and cheese; next drizzle a little sauce and repeat layers. Then top with stuffing mix, drizzle with melted butter on top and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes. |
