| Directions | Take a 8 inch skillet and put it on medium heat. Chop the chicken breast into 1 inch cubes. Put chicken in pan; let it start to brown. Add 2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice. Wait 5 minutes then add 2 teaspoons seasoning salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. At the end of chicken browning, add diced green and red peppers. Allow peppers to cook, then let set for 10 minutes and serve. Serves 5. |
