| | Directions | | Clean and slice potatoes enough to cover bottom of large non stick frying pan. (If I'm in a big hurry I'll use canned sliced potatoes.) Then add one can green beans, with liquid. Add can of corn, with liquid. Slice sausage and layer on top. Add butter. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for about 25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Very good as one dish dinner with yeast rolls. |
