| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Brown sausage, crumbling as it cooks. Drain & cool. Beat eggs in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add milk, salt , pepper, beat again. Fold in sausage and cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until eggs are set. |
