Preheat oven to 350 degrees Heat up a pot on medium heat. Add milk and slowly stir in flour. Mix constantly until thickened Add cheese and stir until melted . Add macaroni, Pour in casserole dish and top with bread crumbs,bake in oven for 30 minutes (or until golden brown)
Variations:
Add chopped ham or hamburger meat.
