| Directions | Brown beef, and seasoning according to directions on the packet. Add 1/2 can refried beans & stir together. In a large pot mix soup, enchilada sauce and the other 1/2 refried beans until smooth 7 hot. Add beef mixture, sour cream and shredded cheese to the shells & roll. Line the bottom of a baking dish with a thick layer of your enchilada sauce & then line the burritos side by side. cover with the remaining sauce & sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins, or until cheese is melted & sauce is hot. Topping suggestions - onion, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, etc. |
