| | Directions | | Brown beef and onion in a non-stick skillet until no longer pink. Drain. Place mixture in a 2 quart slow cooker. Layer in all remaining ingredients, except the cheese. Cover and cook on low, 2 - 4 hours, or until thoroughly hot. Serve as is, or over a bed of rice or noodles. Sprinkle each serving with cheese, if you wish. |
