| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Place into a 9 x 12" baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Hints: Instead of egg noodles, you can use the "No Yolks" noodles (lower in fat). Add pepper for taste. Sprinkle low fat shredded cheese on top, 5 minutes before taking out of oven. You can also add some hot sauce for a little extra kick. |
