| | Directions | | Preheat grill To medium heat and lightly oi1 The grate. In a small saucepan, place cubed apples, water and sugar. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are pulpy. Place pork chops on grill and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, until Cooked throughout. Remove from grill and lay a sheet of foil over grate. Place pork chops on foil and carefully cover each pork chop with some of the apple sauce mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese over apple mixture. Continue heating until Cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove pork chops to serving plates and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings. If you need, simply increase each ingredient by the same rate. |
