| Directions | While this recipe calls for 3/4 C. brown sugar, don't fret. . .the sugar goes in a marinade that gets thrown away after chicken soaks in it. You will get very little sugar in the chicken. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder and pepper and mix well. Pour over chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Grill Chicken over medium heat, turning once, for about 8 or 9 minutes per side. |
