| | Directions | | Cut chicken into serving size pieces. Sprinkle these with salt to taste, let sit awhile. Beat one egg, add some milk and a pinch of salt. Coat pieces with flour and then in egg mixture. Press soda crackers or bread crumbs on the pieces so they stick to egg mixture. Place pieces on a baking pan and bake or deep fry in hot oil.
