| | Directions | | Cook noodles as directed. Drain spinach. Mix spinach, carrots, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, egg and 2 T. Parmesan cheese. Spread spinach mixture onto noodles and roll-up. Place in baking dish. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350° for 35 minutes. |
