| | Directions | | Sauté onion and red pepper in the butter til slightly soft. Put in bowl and mix in other ingredients - except the crab meat. When it is well mixed, add crab meat and stir lightly. Make into patties and very lightly coat in Panko crumbs. Fry in half butter/half olive oil. |
