Sauté onion and red pepper in the butter til slightly soft. Put in bowl and mix in other ingredients - except the crab meat. When it is well mixed, add crab meat and stir lightly. Make into patties and very lightly coat in Panko crumbs. Fry in half butter/half olive oil.
-1 pound crab meat
-1 egg - slightly beaten
-1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash of Worcestershire
-1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
-1 tablespoon butter
-1/4 cup onion, very finely chopped
-1/4 cup red pepper, very finely chopped
-1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
