Directions
Warm lobster meat in salted water for about 5 minutes and take aside to cool, cut in chunks when cooled. Mix the rest of the ingredients to make a sauce. Chill and serve. Shrimp may substituted for the lobster.

-1 pound Boiled Lobster Meat
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1/3 cup white vinegar
-1 teaspoon Salt
-1 onion, peeled and chopped
-1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Green or White Pepper
-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
