| | Directions | | Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, nutmeg, sherry, soup and 1/2 c. cheese together in a medium bowl. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Layer chicken, then broccoli, then cheese. Pour soup mixture over top Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Variations: add rice on bottom or mix chicken with ham. Bake 350 degrees 30-40 minutes |
