| | Directions | | Combine marmalade, cranberries, and orange zest in a bowl. Rinse and pat dry turkey breast. Place turkey breast in slow cooker and pour half the orange-cranberry mixture over the turkey. Reserve remaining half of orange-cranberry mixture and refrigerate. Cover and cook turkey in slow cooker on low 7-8 hours or on high 3 1/2-4 hours, until turkey juices run clear. Pour the remaining half of orange-cranberry mixture over the turkey during the last half hour of cooking. When finished, remove turkey from slow cooker and let rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. |
