| Directions | Trim fat from meat. Pour butter into a 9x13 pan. Combine egg, milk and pepper. Dip chops into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing mix. Place in pan. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Turn chops. Bake 10 minutes longer or until no pink remains and juices run clear. |
