Layer all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low setting for 8 hours. Transfer to serving platter. Serve with white steamed rice.
-2 pheasants, skinned and well-cleaned
-2 onions, chopped (medium)
-1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounce can)
-2 cups celery, chopped
-1 can cream of celery soup (10.75 ounce can)
-1 package dry onion soup mix
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 can mushrooms, drained
- salt & pepper, to taste
