| | Directions | | Sauté meat, onion, salt and pepper in shortening until brown. Drain off grease. Add celery and water. Cook in pressure cooker for 12-15 minutes. Add additional water if necessary. Add bean sprouts and cook 3 minutes more. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce with about 1 cup water. Heat until thickens. |
